Amazon will be opening its second headquarters in Seattle by the end of 2019, but the company hasn’t announced any employees there yet.
The Seattle Times reports that Amazon is expected to hire a total of about 500 people in Seattle.
Employees are expected to start moving into the space in 2019.
Amazon is not disclosing how many employees will be there.
The company said in January that it had more than 8,500 employees in the U.S. Amazon also plans to hire about 3,000 people to work at the new headquarters in 2019, which would represent a doubling of the number of employees Amazon is now working with in Seattle, according to The Seattle Sun.
